These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our ride-booking application (“App”, “Service”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid mobile number and account
- Use the App for lawful purposes only
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
2. User Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP verification.
- You must provide accurate and updated information.
- Any unauthorized or suspicious activity should be reported immediately.
We reserve the right to verify your identity for security purposes.
3. Ride Booking & Usage
- The App allows you to request rides from nearby drivers.
- Your booking is confirmed once a driver accepts the request.
- Cancellation fees may apply based on driver arrival or wait time.
- You must ensure that pickup and drop-off locations are accurate.
- Misuse of the application may result in account suspension.
We collect real-time location data when:
- You log in as a driver
- You switch to “Online” or “Available” status
- You are navigating to the pickup point
- You are driving the passenger to the destination
- You finish the ride and switch back to “Offline”
Your location is collected even when the app is running in the background, but only when you are marked as “Online”.
4. Payments & Charges
- Fares are calculated based on distance, time, demand, and applicable charges.
- Toll charges, waiting charges, or additional fees may apply.
- Payments can be made via cash, wallet, or other available methods.
- Promotional offers or discounts are subject to availability and may be revoked anytime.
Any fraudulent payment activity will result in strict action.
5. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Abuse, threaten, or misbehave with drivers or support staff
- Damage the vehicle or leave personal belongings behind
- Use the App for illegal activities
- Create duplicate or fake accounts
We reserve the right to deny service for inappropriate behavior.
6. Driver Relationship
- Drivers are independent service providers, not employees of the company.
- We act as a technology platform connecting riders and drivers.
- We are not responsible for drivers’ actions, delays, cancellations, or behavior.
However, we take complaints seriously and will take necessary action.
7. Safety
- You must wear seat belts and follow traffic rules.
- Avoid sharing contact details unnecessarily.
- Use the in-app safety features (SOS, emergency contacts, etc.) where available.
- Report any unsafe driver behavior immediately.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- If you cancel after the driver has already been dispatched or has arrived at pickup, cancellation fees may apply.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy.
- We reserve the right to cancel rides for safety reasons or driver unavailability.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings
- Accidents, delays, or incidents caused by drivers or third parties
- Service interruptions, technical issues, or app downtime
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
- Misuse or attempt to abuse the platform
You may stop using the App anytime by deleting your account.
